1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.

  • Shipping Method: Standard Shipping

  • Estimated Transit Time: 5 – 8 business days

    3. Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier's system.

    4. Shipping Delays & Issues While we do our best to ensure your package arrives on time, delivery times may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, carrier bottlenecks, or peak holiday seasons.

    If you haven’t received your order within 12 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@teeprime.store with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.

    5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
